In 2017, the Hoover Public Library began developing a new strategic plan for 2018-2022. They held multiple planning meetings with management, staff, community leaders, the library board and city leadership. They evaluated statistics, gathered community data and conducted three surveys. The most important one was the customer survey where 2,000 people such as yourselves gave praise, needs, concerns and ideas to the Library.
We at the Foundation want to continue listening. If you have thoughts or ideas on how we can make the Hoover Library even better, please share them with us. We would love to hear from you.
